I'm looking for a new challenge as a Customer Support Specialist / Order Management in Munich, another city, or in the home office.

 

I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion.

 

I lived in Shanghai and Bangkok and can deal with cultural differences.


I have more than 10 years of experience in customer support & sales roles across multiple sectors. I am eager to learn, I enjoy overcoming challenges, and I have a genuine interest in making organizations successful.

I have managed customers from the EMEA region as well as from Australia, China, India, and Russia.

 

Also, I have co-worked with teams from China, England, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States.
